Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination, holidays, and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DonCmahhnn is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s operations.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can review the issue.
